Having a mentor means everything to me. I look forward to the day she comes. We clicked straight away. She is very understanding and has a great sense of humour like myself. I love just walking and talking with her. Instead of using my cane we link arms. I'm not embarrassed to do it in public. She's like a second Mum to me - giving advice without putting me down. She lifts me up by what she says and helps to make me feel positive when I'm down. She's a great support to me.
