Volunteers are a vital part of the work we do to support vulnerable communities. We are helped by over 280 volunteers across the organisation, some of whom have been with us for decades.
We are currenly recruiting for volunteer roles in a number of our programs, including mentors for young people and carers for children. Downloading the vacancies listed below will provide further information on the help we're looking for, the kinds of skills you'll need and how to go about applying.
Please note, an up-to-date Working With Children check and police check is required for all volunteers before they can commence working with us.
Carers choose the length and type of care they are willing to provide. This may be occasional weekends giving families a break or longer term care for children and young people who can't live with their families.
Spend 2-3 hours each week helping young people get the driving experience they need.
Mentors act as a positive role model, offering young women encouragement, support and the opportunity to develop a trusting relationship.
